Resonator是一种用于在光束到达盘片之前提升其加速性能的装置，由源组件生成的光束会先通过该装置进行优化。
该装置由分布在10个Resonator之间的四极杆（quarter pole）构成。
Overhaul的目的
- 当Resonator长时间使用后，会出现部件污染、耗材老化，以及共振频率、电阻、相位角等多种参数偏离规格（spec-out）的现象。
- 由此引发的反射率异常升高将导致设备无法正常运行。.
- 基于上述原因，需实施全面检修（Overhaul）。
